These Terms govern your use of the Fast Translate Now app ("the App"). By installing or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

The App translates speech, text, images and documents between languages using on-device speech recognition and text-to-speech, and AI translation delivered through our servers. Translations are automatically generated and may contain mistakes; do not rely on them for medical, legal, safety-critical or official purposes.

2. Free plan and Pro subscription

The free plan includes a limited number of translations per day.
Fast Translate Pro removes the daily limit and unlocks all features. It is offered as an auto-renewing subscription: weekly or yearly. The price is shown in the App in your local currency before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period is not refunded. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, to harass, defame or impersonate anyone, or to interfere with the service. The on-device voice model (Supertonic-3) is licensed under the BigScience OpenRAIL-M license, whose use restrictions apply to you. In particular you must not use the App, its models or their output to: break any applicable law; exploit or harm minors; generate or spread information you know to be false in order to harm others; disclose personal data to harm someone; publish machine-generated audio or text without making clear it is machine-generated; defame, disparage or harass others; impersonate a person or create deepfakes of a person without consent; make automated decisions that adversely affect a person's legal rights; discriminate against people based on protected characteristics or predicted behaviour; provide medical advice; or use output for law-enforcement, justice, immigration or asylum decisions. The full license is available in the App under Settings › Legal.

4. AI-generated content

Voices you hear in the App are machine-generated. Translations, alternatives, dictionary entries and tutor replies are produced by AI models and are provided "as is".

5. Intellectual property

The App, its design and its content are owned by us or our licensors. Open-source components are listed in Settings › Legal. You keep all rights to the text, audio and images you provide.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on a translation. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes and termination

We may update the App or these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. We may suspend access that violates these Terms.
