Fast Translate Now · Last updated 23 August 2026
We built Fast Translate Now to work without an account. This policy explains what the App processes, where, and why.
The App creates a random, anonymous device identifier on first launch. It is used only to authenticate requests to our translation server and to apply the free-plan daily limit. It is not linked to your name, email or Apple ID.
To translate online, the App sends the text you typed or spoke (as recognized text), the photo you chose for image translation, or the document text — together with the language pair, the chosen tone and your anonymous device identifier — to our server, which forwards it to an AI provider (OpenAI) for translation. This content is processed to produce the translation and is not used to train models. We do not store translation content on our servers beyond short-lived operational logs needed to keep the service running, which never include your identity.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple and by RevenueCat, which processes purchase receipts to unlock Pro features. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and transaction data from Apple; it does not receive your translations. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
You can change these at any time in iOS Settings.
We do not use advertising SDKs, we do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not sell data.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
You can delete everything at any time in the App under Settings › Privacy & data › Delete my data: this erases all local data (history, favorites, settings, downloaded voices if chosen) and permanently revokes your anonymous device identity on our server. Deleting the App also removes all local data. Operational logs are rotated automatically. You can contact us for any privacy question at [email protected].
We will update this page when our practices change; the date above shows the latest revision.
